Fire Exit & Fire Safety Equipment Checking Robot for Hotels & Larger Venues

Inspectabot follows a pre-planned route, through the property, multiple times a day, inspecting crucial elements of the fire life safety system such as fire exits, fire extinguishers and fire hose cabinets. It uses AI to identify possible anomalies at each crucial point. It can determine if a fire exit is obstructed, a fire hose cabinet is open or if a fire extinguisher is missing.

When Inspectabot identifies a possible anomaly, it alerts a central monitoring centre, where a person views a live video feed. The person can then determine if there is a genuine issue and if so, advise the local hotel management with details and the exact location.

Inspectabot is capable of the following:

• Capture and store images, off site, with a time and date stamp, as a formal record of compliance.

• Built-in decibel meter to provide a sound level reading, for example outside a guest bedroom door.
